If you don’t mind downloading the game again then maybe try the “Link Mirror” version.
I had an issue too with 7zip, but I used “copy to” folder instead of drag and drop and it extracted fine.

Since it was playable before, I think your PC might have deleted the crack files.
Make a copy of the save files and reinstall the game, then block the game folder in your windows defender / antivirus app so they don’t have the access to delete the crack files.

I think that something with with download is off, I have unpacked .iso and installed the game and without any problems and started the game but game doesn’t start in task manager is visible and it doesn’t start, but if u look closely you see that there no uninstall exe so i have mounted the .iso and then tried to install the game and at the end it trowed me an error that some .dll is missing so….
try searching for those missing .dll files and replace them.
